HR Data Analyst - Workforce Planning

SUMMARY: This position oversees the management of data within Human Resources. It is an analytical role that focuses on the understanding of data as it is used in existing applications and databases. The HR Data Analyst creates and maintains the integrity of reports, metrics, and databases that support the Human Resource division. Recommends and develops enhancements to optimize work flow and functionality of HR applications. Coordinates enhancements/upgrades with IT. Supports departments throughout the organization in existing HR applications and reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Four (4) year College Degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum three (3) years experience as a Data Analyst required. Excel, Crystal Reports, and SQL experience required. Familiarity with Lawson/Infor is preferred.

POSITION DETAILS: Full-time, M-F, 8-5
