Leadership Engagement & Dev Consultant - Workforce Engagement
SUMMARY: This position reports to the Manager, Workforce Engagement & Development and is accountable for the designing, development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of leadership development and engagement programs by utilizing adult and accelerated learning methodologies. Assesses individual and organizational leadership development and engagement needs and evaluates/measures program effectiveness. This position partners with other Human Resource professionals to coordinate leadership and employee engagement activities. The incumbent will serve as an expert by consulting, coaching, and identifying training and employee engagement opportunities.
JOB REQUIREMENT: This position requires: A) a Bachelor's Degree; B) a minimum of 5 years of experience in an instructional design capacity including program design, development and delivery; C) a minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development directly related to onboarding, leadership and professional development, and engagement programs; D) a minimum of one year of experience in coaching, leading and collaborating with leadership; E) Experience with measuring effectiveness of training initiatives and workforce engagement. Working experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), publishing elearning outcomes utilizing an authoring tool; Articulate preferred. Experienced in communicating and working with all levels within an organization. Project management experience.
