Program Manager - Medical Foundation

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the management and implementations of assigned Medical Foundation initiatives, programs and projects from original concept through final implementation and provides a single point of contact for these efforts. Contributes to the strategic and operational planning for Medical Foundation initiatives, programs and projects as deemed appropriate by the department Director. Responsible for working with department Director to develop and implement programs, and services for Medical Foundation practices, affiliated physician groups, and affiliated organizations. This position also manages relationships with community-based organizations and collaborates with Medical Foundation leadership to identify where the organization can create mutually beneficial relationships within the communities it serves. Works with the Medical Foundation and physician leadership to advance the Foundation's goals and objectives which may include developing programs and services to meet patient and community need. Ensures adherence to quality standards, Project Management Institute (PMI) methodologies, manages vendor integration and provides technical and analytical guidance to the project team.

REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a Master's Degree preferred. A minimum three (3) years progressively responsible related experience is required with a minimum five (5) years demonstrating mastery of the job content through success in this or a similar role preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is preferred.

POSITION DETAILS: Full time exempt level position.
