Psychologist - Pediatric Psychology

SUMMARY: This position is accountable for providing specialized and general psychosocial services to patients and families through clinical assessment, evaluation, therapy, consultation with the healthcare team and collaboration with others in the community. This position is licensed to practice in the State of California. Upon acceptance of an offer of employment and prior to providing patient care, candidate must submit a Scope of Practice to the Hospital Interdisciplinary Professional Practice Council.

QUALIFICATIONS: This position is licensed to practice in the State of California. Licensed Psychologist in California or Eligible for. Ph.D./Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution, with specialization or postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric psychology. One year postdoctoral experience in clinical psychology with an emphasis on pediatric practice. Bilingual skills desirable.

POSITION DETAILS: Full time Monday through Friday 8-5. Weekend and evening call rotated with other psychology staff.
