Recruiter - Recruitment
SUMMARY: This position is accountable for recruiting, screening interviews, and referring the most qualified applicants to the hiring managers to fill job requisitions. This position partners with hiring managers to understand the department and position needs. Recruiter participates in the creation and implementation of the recruitment strategy. Works proactively to meet Valley Children's Healthcare goals of attracting and retaining a highly skilled workforce.
REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience as well as a minimum three (3) years experience, preferably in a health care environment. Knowledge of current human resources/recruitment practices and applicable federal/state employment regulations. Exceptional communication, organization and time management skills are required.
POSITION DETAILS: Full time exempt level position.
