Registered Nurse - Pediatric Orthopaedic Clinic - Part Time

SUMMARY: This position is accountable for providing competent nursing care for patients with common health problems, and is expected to deliver competent patient care to a full patient assignment. This position practices under the direction of the designated nurse executive, within the scope of the Nursing Practice Act, and in accordance with Children's polices.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 1 year nursing experience required and must meet RN II clinical advancement program criteria
• Experience in pediatrics, orthopaedics and/or clinic setting a plus
• Bilingual skills desirable

EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIFICATIONS:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program, Bachelor’s in Nursing strongly preferred
• Active California Registered Nurse licensure (RN)
• HeartCode Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer into position

POSITION DETAILS: Part Time, 20 hours per week, on Mon, Tue, and half day Wed. Clinic is closed on weekends and holidays

PAY RANGE: $40.00 - $66.20

DISLAIMER: Top of pay scale for RN I-RN II is $66.20 and top of scale for RN III-RNIV is $77.00
