Billing Lead - Pt Acctg Insurance

SUMMARY: This position is accountable for assisting department supervisor in meeting the goals of the work unit. Provides support to leadership and staff, prioritize workload and activities as well as oversee production. Responsible for a subsection of patient accounts. Works ATB reports to ensure that department goals are met or exceeded. Assists staff with meeting their goals and works closely with department management to identify process improvements.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma/G.E.D. required, minimum five (5) years Billing experience in a clinic/hospital or physician care setting required, minimum three (3) years Supervisory experience required. Bilingual Skills Preferred.

POSITION DETAILS: Full-time, 80 hours per pay period, Days
