Business Analyst - Business Development

SUMMARY: This position supports the Business Development department’s day to day activities including new business analysis and research as well as market analysis and research. The primary responsibilities include collecting the data necessary to create business plans and financial pro formas enabling the department to present accurate and appropriate new business recommendations. Examples of new data analysis include, but are not limited to: service line performance and opportunity analysis, philanthropic funding model development, disease trend analysis, market share trend analysis, survey analysis and physician needs assessments.

REQUIREMENTS: This position requires: A) a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business, Statistics or equivalent; B) a minimum of 3 years’ experience; and C) excellent analytical, organizational, technical (spreadsheet and database) and communication skills in both written and verbal formats. Knowledge and experience related to relational database theory, geographic information systems, and third-party reporting software such as Crystal Reports or SAP Business Intelligence is also beneficial given the nature of this position.

POSITION DETAILS: Full time 80 hours per pay period, Day shift

LOCATION: Madera, CA
