Compensation Specialist - Workforce Planning

SUMMARY: This position is accountable for timely entry and maintenance of employee compensation and employment data in HR Systems. Accountable for supporting workforce planning/compensation activities, initiatives through participation in a variety of projects, and for timely entry and maintenance of employee compensation and employment data in HR systems. Is responsible for accurately maintaining data integrity through regular audits and analysis. Compiles data for and completes external salary surveys.

REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. Minimum of two (2) years related experience required. Proficient skills in Excel as well as accurate and efficient with database entry. Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with employees at all levels of the organization.

POSITION DETAILS: Mon-Fri, full time

LOCATION: Madera, CA
