Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and integrity of HR data across various applications and databases
- Develop and maintain reports, metrics, and dashboards that support strategic HR initiatives
- Analyze data trends to support business decisions and improve workforce planning
- Recommend and implement enhancements that optimize workflows and maximize the functionality of HR systems
- Collaborate with IT to coordinate system upgrades, integrations, and improvements
- Serve as a go-to resource for departments across the organization, providing support and insights on existing HR systems and reports

Experience
- Minimum of 3 years as a Data Analyst
- Minimum of 3 years with relational database management systems (RDMS) and SQL mining data, and working with complex datasets in a business environment
- Familiarity with ETL (extract, transform, load) tools
- Proficiency in Excel, Crystal Reports, and Business Intelligence tools
- Deep understanding of source systems and their data structures.
- Prior experience with Workday is preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and customer service mindset
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet goals
- Demonstrated skill in sourcing and merging disparate data sets to answer critical questions
Education/Licenses/Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- If substituting experience, a high school diploma or GED accredited by the U.S. Department of Education is required
