Internal Communications Specialist - Marketing & Communications

JOB SUMMARY: This position reports to the Public Relations Manager with a matrix reporting relationship with the Director, Workforce Engagement & Development. The Internal Communications Specialist works with the Marketing & Communications and Human Resources teams to develop, deploy and manage the internal communication strategy that promotes the network's brand, culture and engagement for Valley Children's Healthcare and its entities. Responsible for internal communications content such as messaging, marketing material, presentations and overall network initiatives. Reinforces Valley Children's brand through development and maintenance of internal interactive content. Develops editorial content, ensures its accuracy, obtains senior leadership approval and publishes it to the appropriate mediums.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Four (4) year College Degree required. Minimum five (5) years progressive experience designing, implementing and managing communications required.

POSITION DETAILS: Full-time, days, M-F

LOCATION: Madera, CA
