Manager Billing Home Health Svcs - Home Care Billing

SUMMARY: This position is accountable for management oversight of the Homecare billing, customer care, authorization and collections functions and staff. Works collaboratively with the Director to establish and maintain all elements of the Homecare revenue cycle. Manages employee performance and ensures that the functions of customer service, authorization, billing, and collections work effectively and efficiently.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: College Degree - 2 year required or equivalent experience equivalent combination of education and experience required. College Degree - 4 year preferred. Minimum three (3) years management experience with a track record of accomplishment required. Minimum five (5) years progressively responsible experience in Home Healthcare required. Minimum ten (10) years experience demonstrating a mastery of job content through success in this role in multiple organizations preferred.
