Manager Human Resources - Medical Foundation

SUMMARY: Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, Valley Children's Medical Group, this position is responsible for Human Resources services to include; developing compensation, benefits and recruitment strategies and processes that focus on physician retention and productivity; physician recruitment, contracts and credentialing for Valley Children's Medical Group affiliated practices and other hospital affiliated physician groups; guiding leaders and employees regarding Medical Group policies and practices; Human Resource programs administration and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner; works with leadership and physicians on sensitive or ambiguous personnel issues. This position is also responsible for leading and executing key initiatives that support Valley Children's Medical Group strategy and designs interventions that improve organizational effectiveness and ensures change is successfully executed. The incumbent collaborates with Valley Children's Healthcare Human Resources, medical group leadership and physician leadership to meet the goals of the organization.

REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a minimum five (5) years related experience as well as five (5) years management experience. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is preferred.

POSITION DETAILS: Full time exempt level position.

LOCATION: Madera, CA
