Manager IT Support - IT Support & Tech Svcs

SUMMARY: This role, in collaboration with divisional IT leadership, develops and implements systems using industry-identified best practices to support strategic and operating initiatives of Valley Children's Healthcare. Reporting to the Director, IT Support & Technical Services, this role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of processes, tools, and practices supporting effective Information Technology (IT) service delivery to the organization and its strategic business partners. Is responsible for the management of the service and support team and for the escalation of customer requests, access management, and IT event and incident. Will serve as liason between departments and outside vendors in resolving operational or system problems.

REQUIREMENTS: This position requires: A) a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, Masters preferred. B) Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible experience C) Minimum 5 years IT experience.

POSITION DETAILS: Full time 80 hours per pay period, Day shift.
