Manager Leader & Physician Development - Leadership & Org Development

SUMMARY: This position reports to the Director Workforce Engagement and Development and is accountable for assessessing individual and organizational leadership and physician development and engagement needs. Responsible for design, development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of programs related to development and engagement initiatives for leaders and physicians. This position partners with Medical Staff leadership and other Human Resource professionals (specifically Workforce Development Manager and OD Consultant) on execution of job accountabilities. Must have exceptional knowledge of organizational development, change management, adult learning principles, and delivery of blended learning modalities. Possesses a well developed professional maturity, good judgment and tact, excellent facilitation and communication skills (written and verbal), and ability to read subtle nuances of a situation and react/plan accordingly.

REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field with a Master's Degree preferred. Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP) and expertise in healthcare industry is preferred. Minimum two (2) years progressive leadership responsibilities as well as minimum three (3) years in training/education and organizational development, performance management or related areas is required.
