Manager Regional Specialty Center - VCMG Eagle Oaks

SUMMARY: This position is accountable for the management of the specialty care center's day-to-day operations and staff functions including clinical, financial, revenue cycle, operational, and human resources. The specialty care center consists of multiple providers from varying specialties providing services as well as multiple diagnostic testing services. Providers may reside in market or rotate from the main Madera campus. This position includes collaboration with Madera based practice managers to ensure physician coverage and call schedules are managed and maintained. Accountable for establishing an understanding of all sub specialty practice patterns, equipment needs and procedures including Ancillary Services support for patient care. Manager has oversight of imaging and lab services and will collaborate with Madera based leadership to ensure proper safety procedures are followed and equipment maintained appropriately. Responsibilities include the hiring, orientation, training, and performance management of the staff and coordination of volunteers to ensure efficient delivery of services. Works with clinical and administrative staff to ensure quality patient care, excellent customer satisfaction, efficient operations, efficient revenue cycle and referral management. As the leader of the medical office, the manager is the first line of contact for provider, staff, and patient resolution. Provides input on the overall operations of the practice as well as prepares budget and provides oversight of monthly expenses to the Director. Serves as a liaison to referring physician offices and community partners. Collaborates with the property management company to ensure that maintenance of facility is completed timely (per schedule). Connects with various Madera based departments such as janitorial, IT and contract management to provide the best customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor's Degree or a combination of equivalent education and experience. A minimum of 3 years related experience and 1 year of experience in a supervisory role is required.

POSITION DETAILS: Full Time, 80 hours per pay period. Clinic is closed on weekends and holidays and hours are Monday through Friday 8 am-5 pm.
