Physician Leadership & Engagement Consultant - Physician Leadership & Development

SUMMARY: This position reports to the Director Workforce Engagement and Development and is accountable for the designing, development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of physician leadership development and engagement programs by utilizing adult and accelerated learning methodologies. Assesses individual and organizational leadership development and engagement needs and evaluates/measures program effectiveness. This position partners with Medical Staff leadership and other Human Resource professionals (specifically OD Consultant and Leadership Development Consultant) to coordinate physician leadership and engagement activities. The incumbent will serve as an expert by consulting, coaching, and identifying training and physician engagement opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: College Degree - 4 year required, Masters Degree preferred, minimum five (5) years experience in an instructional design capacity including program design, development and delivery utilizing adult and accelerated learning methodologies required, minimum three (3) years experience in training and development directly related to onboarding, leadership and professional development, and engagement programs required, minimum one (1) year experience in coaching, leading and collaborating with leadership required.

Experience with the following: measuring effectiveness of training initiatives and workforce engagement; communicating and working with all levels within an organization; Learning Management Systems (LMS), publishing eLearning outcomes utilizing an authoring tool; Microsoft Office; and project management.

Working with physician groups is preferred.

POSITION DETAILS: Full-time, 8-5, M-F
