Accreditation Coordinator - Accreditation & Reg Compliance

SUMMARY: Provides continuous evaluation of the hospital to ensure compliance to laws, regulations and accreditation standards through the use of specific assessment tools and other projects as assigned. Provides programmatic leadership, development and management of the regulatory compliance systems and supporting remediation efforts. Provides consultation and education to staff, physicians and leadership regarding regulatory issues and leadership during surveys and inspections in the absence of the manager.

REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or related field as well as a minimum three (3) years progressively responsible experience with five (5) years preferred. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated skills in critical thinking and problem solving and projects requiring attention to detail and specific timelines. Demonstrated success in managing projects. Comprehensive knowledge of hospital and health care organizational operations acquired through experience that includes exposure to a variety of levels of leadership. Strong leadership and organization skills required.

POSITION DETAILS: Full time, exempt level position. Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

LOCATION: Madera, Ca
