Job Summary:
Working under general supervision this position is responsible for providing benefits support for the Hospital and Specialty Medical Group. Serves as the primary contact for employee benefits inquires. This position has responsibility for the coordination and administration of all benefit programs, including, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and education reimbursement. Incumbent in this position has daily contact with staff in the Human Resources Department, employees and providers of all levels outside the department, as well as vendors, outside agencies, and representatives from regulatory bodies in the course of their work.Qualifications:
Education
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. (required)
- College Degree - 4 year (preferred)
Work Experience
- Minimum two (2) years Related experience (required)
Skills and Abilities
- Computer Skills Demonstrate proficiency in Excel.
- Attention to detail, accurate and efficient with data entry, and must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with employees at all levels of the organization.
