Business Analyst-Valley Children's Medical Group

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for analysis needed in the Medical Foundation including preparing financial analysis and proformas in support of practice valuations, acquisitions and other business analysis.This role's primary responsibilities include the collection of data in support of business plans and financial pro formas and performing analysis to support valuation and acquisition analysis, operational reporting, and business planning. Position requires analytical and strategic thinker, proficient in excel, with demonstrated ability to gather data and compile reports that provide meaningful and logical business conclusions; with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent with a Master's degree preferred. Minimum three (3) years experience in accounting or finance. Minimum five (5) years demonstrated mastery of the job content through success in this or a similar role is preferred. Certified Financial Analyst is preferred.

Other skills needed for this role include: excellent analytical, organization, technical (spreadsheet and database) and communication skills. Critical thinking and the ability to work independently under general direction is required.

POSITION DETAILS: Full time exempt level position. This position will primarily be remote with an occasional amount of days per year required to be on campus.
