Business Planning Analyst - Business Development - Full Time (2349)

SUMMARY: This position supports the Business Development Department's day to day activities including maintaining mission critical information and customer relations management systems. This role's primary responsibility ensures the availability of data and information to support business planning. The incumbent's duties will include system administration, project management associated with various information system patches and system enhancements, preparing and distributing organization reference reports, adhoc decision support and implementing reasonable quality control to ensure data integrity.



REQUIREMENTS: This position requires: A) a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business, Statistics or equivalent; B) a minimum of 3 years’ experience; and C) excellent analytical, organizational, technical (spreadsheet and database) and communication skills in both written and verbal formats. Knowledge and experience related to relational database theory to support MS Access
and SQL Server databases, geographic information systems such as ArcMap, third-party reporting software such as Crystal Reports, SAP Business Intelligence and SalesForce CRM System Administration is also beneficial given the nature of this position.

POSITION DETAILS: Full time 80 hours per pay period, Day shift

LOCATION: Madera, CA
