Job Description

Reporting to the Manager of Revenue Integrity, the CCS Program Manager is responsible for the comprehensive oversight and administration of the California Children's Services (CCS) program at Valley Children's Healthcare. This role ensures compliance with CCS regulations, fosters relationships with key stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement in CCS program delivery. The CCS Program Manager will work collaboratively with various departments to enhance the quality of care provided to pediatric patients under the CCS program.

Experience and Education

Experience

  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience with healthcare administration, operations, revenue cycle or compliance. Preferably with a focus on pediatric care preferred.
  • Proven track record of leadership and program management in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of CCS regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in healthcare reporting and analytics tools.

Education / Licenses / Certifications

  • Four-year college degree in related field required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
