SUMMARY: Reporting to the Senior Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer, this position is responsible for leading the growth and development of the Clinical Partnership inpatient and outpatient programs in all appropriate settings across Valley Children's network. This role provides oversight and direction of the day-to-day operations to ensure the efforts meet the goals of the organization, our provider and healthcare facility partners as well as patients and their families. The Director leads the work of the Clinical Partnership teams to research, assess, implement, evaluate and sustain programs that result in strategic partnerships as well as clinical and educational value. The Director identifies Clinical Partnership program tactics that support system strategies such as improving access to pediatric, specialty health care, reducing travel time for Valley Children's pediatric subspecialists, patients and families and enhancing the care coordination and quality of pediatric care provided in collaboration with our facility and provider partners.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum five (5) years experience leading people, including staff supervision, and managing programs required
- Minimum three (3) years clinical experience required
- Minimum three (3) years experience managing a budget, leading start-up operations, evaluating existing programs and implementing corrective actions preferred
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with providers and all levels of a healthcare organization including executives and staff
- Information Systems: Demonstrated knowledge of hospital clinical/information systems
EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
- College Degree - 4 year in a relevant field such as healthcare or information technology required
- Master's Degree preferred, if RN, either Bachelor's or Master's MUST be in nursing
- RN - Reg Nurse required
POSITION DETAILS:
- Full-time exempt level. Target start date will be January 2025.
PAY RANGE:
- $80.72 - $103.42
