Guild and Comm Engmt Coord - Guilds

SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Director of Guilds and Network Events and Director of Community and Government Relations, is responsible for supporting the Guild Office, Guild Coordinating Council, and the Guilds of Valley Children's Healthcare. Coordinates efforts to advance Valley Children's relationships with key community stakeholders including but not limited to the Guilds, community based organizations and collaborations, elected officials, and other community leaders. Links community activities to areas Guilds represent through coordination of internal communications and announcements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a High School Diploma/GED. Minimum three (3) years clerical experience that includes data collection and compilation. Requires familiarity with using spreadsheets, word processing, graphics and database to produce high quality reports, presentations, or other documents. Raiser's Edge and Salesforce experience preferred.

POSITION DETAILS: Full-time, 80 hours per pay period.
