Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Patient & Family Services - Dept. of Behavioral Pediatrics - P/T

Job Summary:

Accountable for meeting the psychosocial needs of patients and families through clinical assessment, crisis intervention, referral, care coordination, discharge planning, brief therapy, case consultation with the healthcare team and collaboration with other professionals in the community. This position is a licensed professional and serves as a leader within their profession.

Qualifications:

Education

• Masters Degree Accredited school of Social Work (required)

Licenses and Certifications

• LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker - BBS - Board of Behavioral Sciences (required)

Work Experience

• Minimum two (2) years Hospital setting (preferred)
• Minimum two (2) years Clinical social worker (required)

Skills and Abilities

• Bilingual Skills Preferred
