Manager Employee Health - Employee Health

SUMMARY: This position is accountable for assuring quality medical care for all types of patients seen in Employee Health (employees, volunteers, non-employee workers, physicians) during hours of clinic operation. Services include new employee screenings, annual health assessments and treatment for personal illnesses. Directs nursing service activities for the Employee Health department. This position is responsible for legal/regulatory compliance for all related programs (i.e. Bloodborne Pathogens). Also within the scope of responsibility of this position is the administrative oversight of injuries in the workplace to include coordination with workers’ compensation carrier, case management, and analysis and trending of data.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position requires: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of two (2) years management or supervisory experience. Minimum of three (3) years occupational health experience is preferred. An Active California Registered Nurse licensure (RN); and Occupational Health Nurse/Specialist (COHN-S) certification is preferred.

JOB DETAILS: Full-time, M-F, 8am-5pm
