Manager Gift Shop & Volunteers- Volunteer Services

SUMMARY: This position is accountable for managing the operations of the gift shop and for the overall management, planning and coordination of the Hospital's volunteer program. This includes maintaining an atmosphere that supports and is aligned with the mission, vision and strategies of the Hospital. This position is responsible for supervising and training volunteers and staff, liaising between Volunteer Services and departments to deploy volunteers, managing the annual operating budget, buying merchandise for resale at a profit, and overseeing other gift shop events. Serves on Hospital committees to represent the Volunteer Services department and volunteers.

REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor's degree as well as a minimum three (3) years related experience. Minimum three (3) years management experience is also required.

POSITION DETAILS: Full time exempt level position

LOCATION: Madera, CA
