Medical Social Worker - Patient & Family Services - Charlie Mitchell Clinic

This position is accountable for meeting the psychosocial needs of patients and families through clinical assessment, crisis intervention, brief therapy, case consultation with the healthcare team and collaboration with other professionals in the community. Mental Health interventions, including 5150 evaluations, are an essential component of the service provision. This position works with the Charlie Mitchell Clinic.

EXPERIENCE:

• Proficient level of Social Work experience required
• One year of acute hospital social work experience preferred

EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Social Work required
• LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) preferred
