Neurotech Aide - Full Time/Days

Job Summary:

The Neurology Testing Aide is an unlicensed multi-skilled worker who supports both patient care and non-patient care activities. Responsibilities include preparing patients and exam rooms for neurodiagnostic procedures, managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and coordinating communication between patients and providers. Perform duties by assisting in patient care delegated by a licensed Neurotechnologist. This position includes a 6-month probationary period during which performance, reliability, and aptitude for technical training will be evaluated. Successful completion of this period and demonstrated proficiency may lead to consideration for advancement.

Qualifications:

Education

• High School Diploma (required)
• Associates Degree (preferred)

Licenses and Certifications

• BLS - Basic Life Support - AHA - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire or transfer into position (required)

Work Experience

• Minimum six (6) months Pervious hospital Experience (preferred)
• Minimum six (6) months Pediatric experience (preferred)
