Patient Representative - Patient Experience - Full Time

SUMMARY: As a Patient Representative, your role is to provide prompt, accurate, courteous and helpful phone and related assistance to all callers through a variety of communication channels. This position is accountable for performing as a Customer Service liaison with the patient/family, staff, and physicians; provide effective patient experiences. Duties include responding to patient complaints, investigation, and working with departments to resolve patient complaints. In addition, this role is accountable for identifying customer service related and patient safety/risk management issues and communicating these to the appropriate departments.

REQUIREMENTS: This position requires High School Diploma/G.E.D., Two or Four year degree in related area preferred. Minimum of three years healthcare experience required. Bilingual skills preferred.

POSITION DETAILS: Full Time, 80 hours per pay period. Four ten hour shifts, evenings and weekends. 12:00pm-10:30pm Wednesday to Saturday.
