Payroll Specialist - General Accounting

SUMMARY: This position is accountable for preparing and processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner. This includes audits of pay practices and policies, reconciliation and payment of payroll tax liabilities and various voluntary deductions and preparing manual checks as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma/GED required. Minimum two (2) years computerized payroll experience required. Minimum one (1) year healthcare payroll experience and one (1) year experience with quarterly 941's and W-2 processing preferred.

POSITION DETAILS: Full-time, M-F

LOCATION: Madera, CA
