Key Responsibilities
•     Coordinate provider credentialing and hospital privileging processes across partnering facilities.
•     Coordinate provider payer credentialing/enrollment and hospital privileging processes across partnering facilities.
•     Support the Physician Practice Services Department in maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
•     Collect, analyze, and synthesize moderately complex data into clear, well-organized reports and presentations.
•     Utilize various software applications (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, databases, graphics tools) to produce high-quality documentation.
•     Assist in scheduling, tracking, and communicating credentialing milestones and updates.
 
Qualifications
•     Strong project management skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
•     Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of initiative and efficiency.
•     Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
•     Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•     Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
•     Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software platforms.

Pay Range: 28.30 - 41.70 Location: Madera, CA 93636 USA

Experience
•     Minimum two (2) years of related experience required
•     Working knowledge of word processing and database operations
 
Education / Licenses / Certifications
•     High school diploma (accredited by the U.S. Department of Education) or GED required
•     Associate’s degree (2-year college degree) preferred
•     Bachelor's degree (4-year college degree) preferred
