Our marketing efforts focus on enhancing the organization’s reputation, supporting growth plans, and promoting key clinical programs and the expertise of our staff.
In public relations, we proactively develop stories for traditional and non-traditional media at local, state, national, and international levels. All media inquiries regarding patients or any affiliation with Valley Children's must be coordinated through the Marketing & Communications Department, with media personnel escorted on-site.
Internally, we keep staff, physicians, and volunteers informed through daily communications on various topics. Our communication tools and messaging are vital to achieving Valley Children's strategic objectives. We manage the content and design of the network's internet, publications, advertisements, and collateral materials, ensuring a consistent and professional image. By collaborating with all departments, we develop accurate, persuasive materials that drive engagement and support our mission.
Job Summary:
Under general supervision, the Project Support Assistant will collaborate with various departments to support operations. Individuals may be asked to assist in developing training materials/resources, complete data entry, and handle incoming calls, emails and other communications. This position may be accountable for coordinating internal communication and announcements.Qualifications:
Education
- High School Diploma (required)
- Bachelors Degree (preferred)
Work Experience
- Minimum two (2) years Related experience (required)
Skills and Abilities
- Experience in HR, Finance or internal communications is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal sills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in communication tools and software.
