Risk Management Analyst - Patient Safety

SUMMARY: Responsible for the incident reporting, customer service complaints as applicable and coordinating the patient safety alerts process and provides support to the Patient Safety and Risk Management Team. Will have interactions with Directors and medical staff members as deemed necessary for thorough follow-up and to ensure accurate reporting of patient safety alerts. Responsible for providing educational training on the reporting process and data entry. Assists in the preparation of presentations for root cause analyses and health care failure mode and effect analysis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Two (2) years of clinical, quality risk management preferred. Computer skills required with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point. Meditech experience preferred.

JOB DETAILS: Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
