RN II - Pulmonology Clinic - Full Time/Days

SUMMARY: This position is accountable for providing competent nursing care for patients with common health problems, and is expected to deliver competent patient care to a full patient assignment. This position practices under the direction of the designated nurse executive, within the scope of the Nursing Practice Act, and in accordance with Children's polices.

Our team, the largest of its kind in the Central Valley, includes board-certified pediatric pulmonologists, nurse practitioners, nurses, dietitians, respiratory therapists, social workers and psychologists focused on treating the whole child.

REQUIREMENTS: This position requires graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Candidate must have a valid California RN license as well as BLS HeartCode within 30 days of hire or transfer into position. Candidate will also be required to take and pass the Focused Pediatric Resuscitation (FPR) course within 12 months of hire or transfer into the position. Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred. Pediatric and or pulmonology experience highly desirable. Bilingual skills a plus.

POSITION DETAILS: Full Time, 80 hours per 2-week pay period, day shift. Clinic open Mon-Fri and closed on weekends and holidays.
