Sr Budget Analyst - Financial Analysis
Job Description
This position reports to the Director of Financial Planning and Operations and is responsible for developing, analyzing and overseeing financial budgets to ensure an efficient allocation of resources. Works closely with department leadership to review financial data and identify cost-saving opportunities. Develop reporting to support the operating budget, long-range financial planning, and financial analysis.

EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum three (3) years related work experience in accounting or finance
- Experience in budget analysis or financial planning required
- Excellent analytical, organization, technical (spreadsheet and database) and communication skills
- Critical thinking and the ability to work independently and collaboratively under general direction
EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
- College degree - 4 year required in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent
- Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred
