What You'll Do:
Join us in shaping the future of healthcare staffing! In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with the Workforce Planning Manager to forecast future staffing needs
- Gather, analyze, and present workforce data to guide hiring strategies
- Design and support compensation programs that are competitive, consistent, and market-aligned
- Evaluate jobs to determine appropriate pay grades and salary structures
- Present insights that influence long-term organizational planning and performance

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required
- CCOMP - Certified Compensation Professional certification is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, compensation, human resources, or a closely related field
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and deliver actionable insights, with advanced Excel skills and a high level of accuracy
- Skilled in managing and maintaining databases; experience with HRIS systems is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging across all levels of the organization
