Supervisor - Workforce Testing

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for organizing and maintaining the resources required to triage, test, and disseminate results for all forms of workforce testing. Provides operational oversight and personnel management by directly supervising staff working in the workforce testing center. Serves as a member of the human resources leadership team to provide consistent and efficient representation for the work groups


  1. High school Diploma or G.E.D.
  2. Successful completion of an accredited RN or LVN Program
  3. Active California RN or LVN License
  4. Minimum 2 years’ progressively responsible experience
  5. Minimum 1 year leadership experience
  6. BLS required within 30 days of hire or transfer into position

POSITION DETAILS: Full time, exempt, 80 hours per pay period, day shift
