Systems Analyst- HR - Workforce Planning

SUMMARY: This position reports to the Manager, Workforce Planning, Compensation and HRIS for supervision, direction and guidance, and is responsible for the oversight of Human Resources Information Systems to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of HR related data. Proposes tests and monitors changes to existing Human Resources data management processes and practices. Creates workflow solutions to streamline Human Resource processes emphasizing self-service applications. Audits information and reports to ensure data is accurate and presented in high quality professional format. Collaborates with Information Technology Services on Human Resources data management concerns and works to integrate Human Resources information with data from other systems. Incumbents will have an understanding of project management processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Four year College Degree in Information Systems or related field required. Minimum of three (3) years experience in a position in which systems design and integration was a major job responsibility required. Minimum of three (3) years experience working in a Human Resources environment required.
