Job Description
* Forecast future staffing needs by analyzing workforce demographics, skill gaps, and organizational trends.
* Develop and implement quantitative labor models that support strategic planning and performance optimization.
* Oversee the position request and approval process, ensuring alignment with workforce strategy and budgetary guidelines.
* Contribute to the evolution of our compensation program, anticipating future challenges and designing scalable, innovative solutions.
* Develop compelling, data-backed proposals for executive leadership to gain buy-in and ensure alignment with compensation philosophy and financial parameters.
* Lead the operation and maintenance of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), driving continuous improvement and ensuring data integrity.
* Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation design and reporting.
* Provide leadership in enhancing HR systems and processes to support organizational efficiency and excellence.

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field required
* Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
* Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred
* Minimum 5 years of related experience in compensation and/or workforce planning
* Minimum 3 years of HRIS experience
* Minimum 5 years of management experience
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational and customer service abilities
* Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation
* Demonstrated experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
* In-depth knowledge of California and federal wage & hour regulations, including FLSA and Wage & Hour laws
