What You'll Do:
Join us in shaping the future of healthcare staffing! In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with the Workforce Planning & Compensation Manager to forecast future staffing needs
- Gather, analyze, and present workforce data to guide hiring strategies
- Design and support compensation programs that are competitive, consistent, and market-aligned
- Identify skill gaps in the current team and help craft data-backed plans to close them
- Present insights that influence long-term organizational planning and performance

EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum five (5) years Data analysis, compensation, human resources or related experience required
- Must have a demonstrated ability to analyze data and possess excellent computer skills with a high degree of accuracy with an exceptional proficiency in Excel
- Must be accurate and efficient with database entry and use critical thinking skills; prior experience using and HRIS system highly desirable
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization
EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIFICATIONS:
- College Degree – 4 year required
- CCOMP - Compensation Professional Certification preferred
