Workforce Resiliency Coordinator - Employee Health

SUMMARY: Reporting to the Manager, Workforce Health, this full-time position serves as a key member of the wellness team and focuses on coordinating the implementation and delivery of our resiliency services to the Valley Children's workforce. This includes working closely with leaders, volunteer peer supporters and service providers to ensure that services are implemented in a responsive and professional manner.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum two (2) years experience working in healthcare and/or mental health environment preferred
  • Demonstrate proficiency in applications including Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced, service oriented culture
  • Ability to work in a team while also bringing initiative and creativity
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to manage multiple initiatives and commitments
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with other team members

EDUCATION/LICENCES/CERTIFICATIFICATIONS:

  • Master's degree in accredited school of Social Work
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is preferred

POSITION DETAILS: Full time non exempt level position

PAY: $40.80 - $62.40

LOCATION: Madera, CA
